New England Repertory Company proudly presents The Chosen from June 21-29, 2025 at Sinai Stage in Sharon, MA.
The Chosen examines the freedom that comes with the passage of two young men from childhood to adulthood. The play is set in two different Jewish communities in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in the 1940s, against the backdrop of WWII and the desperate struggle of Zionism.
Based on the novel written by Chaim Potok, the play is written by Aaron Posner and Chaim Potok. It is directed by Mike Kiernan. and featuring Michael Legge, Frank Bartucca, Kiel Barnicle, Luke Oliver Lawson, and Lewis Victor.
